Fay is the best stylist I’ve ever had! She was patient and understood exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my highlights. She was so warm and sweet and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The salon has great vibe with pleasant people around. Im in love with my new style. I’m definitely gonna be back soon and already recommended Fay to my friends.

Fay is so talented and really listens to what you want. She’s very professional and friendly and she makes sure you love your look every time. The salon is always clean, comfortable, and has such a friendly vibe. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair!

Farh she is an awesome lady & I was very frustrating cause my hair was bad, she accepts my call & she was very welcome with a beautiful smile and she did a really good job, highlight, coloring the root, cut my hair, with treatment & stylish. At the perfect price. I recommend her and she will be my stylish lady. Plus her team was really helpful Miss Layla she was so kind ❤️ I love everything over there

I walked in to see if I could schedule an appointment here after getting my nails done in the plaza, and Farah was able to work me in right away! She did an amazing job on my hair with long layers with face framing. I have been looking for a hair salon for several years and have finally found my go-to place. Will be back for ombré balayage at a later date!

I went to see Fay at Aesthetic Hair Salon in Plano Tx because I had a Groupon and I needed highlights. I didn't know what to expect upon arrival and I was stressed and a little uncomfortable because I had just had back surgery 7 weeks prior but I desperately needed my hair done. When I walked in I could tell that the environment was so warm and welcoming. Everyone was so kind and supportive and helped to accommodate me. Everyone! Fay was amazing. She is beautiful inside and out and I could tell that within the first few minutes meeting her. She not only did my highlights but she did an overall color and cut so my hair had the complete package and her pricing was extremely reasonable. Everyone took part in taking care of me from helping to shampoo me to helping to get me under the dryer as Fay was also helping me and other customers as well if her assistance was needed. The entire salon worked like a well oiled machine and no one skipped a beat and not one customer was left waiting or didn't have their needs met. My hair has not looked this good in years. Not only did it looked good, it felt good and my husband was so impressed when I got home. He loves my hair and told me to go back to Fay and keep her as my permanent stylist. I told him that I was way ahead of him and I had decided to become a permanent customer of Fay's before my visit was over and I was only further convinced when I saw my hair. It was gorgeous! The cut and the color were perfect. I am very happy and you will be too. This is the place to go for great hair! Thank you Fay for your expertise in creating a look for my hair that was truly superb!

Fay did a wonderful job highlighting my hair! And the blowout looked amazing too! She was quick and efficient. I would trust her again with my hair. She gave me tips like suggesting I use purple shampoo. They have a charging station and also offer complimentary water, tea and coffee. They also accept Zelle and Venmo.

I have been a customer here since 2017, and I have been satisfied each time with the quality, cut, highlights, and atmosphere. Farah is very kind and professional, and she is very attentive to detail and shade preferences. I highly recommend her services! The salon itself is very conveniently located and is aesthetic, just as the name implies. The owners are very kind to offer water, coffee, tea, and cookies during my appointments. Fay is just too kind and sweet. I went to her because I was feeling low and wanted to treat myself with hair highlights. Fay ensured that I got the best hair color done, talked to me, even offered me coffee and chocolates and cheered me up. Amazing lady out there, she’s not just an amazing hair stylist but also a sweet hearted woman who fixes you inside out.
